Some things that make me anxious.
Saw the temperature forecast for next week. 'sposed to hit 100 by middle of the week. That is hot even for Jacksonville. Since my work is done in the outdoors, I see the forecast and immediately think it might be too much. Just have to be careful and it may take a little longer to finish some jobs.
Family Group Met Today
Our family group met today. We had a brunch menu - fresh fruit, eggs, toast, bagels etc. Our host did the lesson talking about how God feels about your value. People we may consider have no value, God says "I look at the heart." See 1st Samuel and the choosing of David from his brothers. The object was a $20 bill. Ripped, torn, crushed...it still had value.

My Week
I follow Jesus. And my other blogs don't talk about this important part of my life. For the past couple of months I intentionally find ways to share my faith every day. And while I do not think that this in any way earns me a pass to salvation, for me I think it is God's will that no one be left by the wayside. So in the course of my day, I look for opportunities to communicate the grace we find in Jesus to those around me. Today I met Trung, a tile installer, from Viet Nam whose father was an American soldier killed in Action. He and his wife are raising their family as believers and have nightly devotionals as I understand.
